As an organizational consultant, agile practitioner, coach, facilitator, trainer, and serious games master, my passion lies in understanding people and embracing systems thinking, philosophy, and thought-provoking questions. I use evidence-based and outcome-focused approaches.

Organizational consulting and coaching

Help companies evolve, improve, simplify, or customize their organizational model and structure towards agility and adaptiveness. With careful attention, we will examine the business and organizational challenges, gain a deep understanding of the reasons behind them, and explore potential interventions for improvements.

My specialization and passion lie in scaling (multiple teams or even products), fast-growing businesses, and fostering an environment where people take pride in their work.

Run a training or workshop

Provide in-house training on Agile, Scrum, LeSS, Product Vision, Agile Management, Systems Thinking, Kanban, Facilitation, Coaching, and practical workshops addressing day-to-day struggles, such as Refinements, effective feedback, communication, and collaboration, both online and offline tailored to your specific needs. 

I also enjoy creating programs that address unique requests. All my classes are interactive and practical, encouraging participants to think critically and ask more questions. I care and ensure everyone leaves the room with a deeper and broader perspective.

Facilitate your session

Design and facilitate sessions for your management and engeneering teams, off-site events or entire company gathering to enhance decision-making, foster shared understanding, support ideation and strategy development. And a special place in my heart is dedicated to Open Space facilitation, so I’ll be very happy to walk you through it.

Everything is available online and offline and can be customized for various sizes, lengths, and complexities. For larger sessions that require additional support, I can engage co-facilitators from your organization or reach out to my professional network for assistance.

Product coaching

About me

My background includes working with both B2B and B2C companies in fintech, healthtech, edtech, and CRM areas. I served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach to small companies, rapidly growing startups, and large enterprises such as Alfa-Bank and BCS. I have conducted several scaled transformations for big departments and mid-sized tech companies, both LeSS-like and SAFe-like.

Years of collaboration with managers, developers, company owners, and C-level stakeholders gave me a deep understanding of the nuances of various businesses and organizations and their needs and pain points. My experience encompasses diverse teams — distributed and colocated, multicultural, large and small, and varied ages.

Before my Agile life, I dedicated seven years to educating and developing adults and children, refining my expertise in educational methods and processes. This helps me provide the best-fitting learning experience in my classes. Also, it has been used a lot in mentoring, supervising, and interviewing activities for Scrum Masters at all of my workplaces.

I design and facilitate workshops, games, training sessions, strategic meetings, and executive consultations.

To stay at the forefront of my profession, I constantly learn by mentoring, getting and giving intervisions, taking courses, reading, studying the experience of others, and participating in local community meetups and Agile coach camps.
